The retreat will be held at The Butt Ranch BBQ Theme Park in Mulberry, TN, near Lynchburg.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Non refundable $250.00 deposit due at registration.

Remainder of fee for retreat due 60 days before retreat.

If you pay the entire balance at registration and need to cancel we will refund the $650.00 to you as long as the date is 60 days before the retreat.
